A pilgrim died of cardiac arrest on Tuesday while he was on way to the Amarnath Cave shrine from Pahalgam base camp in Jammu and Kashmir, police sources said.
“Krishen, 65, belonging to Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, suffered a massive heart attack at Sheshnag while on way to the Amarnath Shrine.
“He was taken to a nearby medical facility where doctors said he had died of heart failure,” police sources said.
